These Terms govern the relationship between YourCopywritingAlly Studio (the "provider", SIRET 89012345600017, TVA FR82890123456, 70 Bellevue, 44370 Loireauxence, Loire-Atlantique, France) and the client placing an order.
Service: any copywriting project ordered via the website and confirmed by payment.
The provider offers professional copywriting services delivered digitally. Services covered: Brand Voice & Messaging Framework, Email Nurture Sequences, Whitepapers & Long-Form Content, Website Copy Suite, Product Launch Copy, and Press Release & Media Copy.
Orders are placed via the package builder and paid via Stripe. Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in EUR and exclude French TVA (20%).
EU businesses with a valid VAT number may apply the reverse charge procedure under EU Directive 2006/112/EC. Non-EU clients are not subject to French TVA.
A project brief template is sent by email within one business day of payment. Work begins when the completed brief is returned. Delivery timelines start from brief receipt, not payment date.
One structured revision round is included per project. Revisions address accuracy to the agreed brief. A direction change constitutes a new project. Additional revision rounds are available at the hourly consultation rate.
Upon full payment and delivery of the final file, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copy transfer to the client. The provider retains no rights to reproduce or repurpose the delivered copy without the client\'s written consent.
The provider will not share client materials, brief contents, or project details with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
The provider\'s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question. The provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of delivered copy.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, Loire-Atlantique, France.
