YourCopywritingAlly Studio provides custom digital copywriting services. The refund policy reflects the stage of the project at the time of the refund request.
A full refund is available if the client requests cancellation before submitting the completed project brief. To request a refund at this stage, email hello@yourcopywritingally.com with subject line "Refund Request" and your order reference. Refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
Once the client submits the completed project brief and work begins, the project fee is non-refundable. The brief submission constitutes confirmation that the project is proceeding.
If the provider fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within the confirmed timeline without reasonable cause or prior notice, the client may request a partial or full refund proportional to the work not delivered. Contact hello@yourcopywritingally.com to open a review.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to an online dispute resolution platform as provided by EU Regulation 524/2013. The EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
