All services are delivered digitally. YourCopywritingAlly Studio does not ship physical products. No in-person meetings or physical materials are included in any service.
Standard delivery is via shared Google Doc link sent to the email address provided at checkout, with commenting enabled. On request: .docx file, plain text (.txt), HTML, or a format suitable for your specific platform.
Delivery timelines are specified on each service page and at checkout. All timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). The delivery clock starts from the date the completed project brief is received, not the payment date.
Brand Voice & Messaging Framework: 4â6 business days.
Email Nurture Sequences: 3â4 business days.
Whitepapers & Long-Form Content: 7â10 business days.
Website Copy Suite: 6â8 business days.
Product Launch Copy: 6â10 business days.
Press Release & Media Copy: 2â3 business days.
Revised files are returned within 2 business days of receiving the client\'s revision notes via the Google Doc or by email.
In the event of a delay beyond the agreed timeline, the client will be notified by email before the deadline passes, with a revised delivery date.
All project files are archived for 6 months after final delivery. Requests for re-delivery of files within this window are fulfilled at no charge.
